presented by Dale Ross, and the restraining order was "dismissed with
prejudice as to ENTIRE ACTION" by Judge Kayashima. I was bailed out
by ALADDIN BAIL BONDS. For some reason the Bond expired after one
year, Courtney Pilchman, requested to Judge Kamansky that I post bail
again. Excessive bail is unconstitutional. Courtney Pilchman requested
a restraining order. Pilchman had my file and knew I was never convicted
of any crime. Pilchman knew I moved to Apple Valley, a great distance from
Upland. Pitchman knew that I take care of my severely disabled mother.
Pilchman knew that the restraining order was DISMISSED. What is worst of
all is that Judge Craig Kamansky knew all these things also and within
minutes of the request put into effect a stricter restraining order than
what was requested by Dale Ross.
This is not JUSTICE
