Department is misusing government funds to retaliate against
honest citizens who are fighting for their "god given constitutional
rights". How is the paint on my home, or the length of the lawn in
the front of my house, contributing to the "communities troubles".
The only people who are contributing to the communities troubles
are the officers who are abusing their power. The city will be sued;
due to the actions of their corrupt Police Department. It is
happening now. Upland, is a city on the brink of bankruptcy. So,
the Corrupt Upland City Government continues to allow their officers
to act in a way that is so detrimental, that the city of Upland will have
no local Police or Fire service at all. And guess who was in charge
of code enforcement and investigating police misconduct when I
lived there: OFFICER JEFF MENDENHALL. Mendenhall will prove
to be the largest liability that the City of Upland has.

THAT DALE ROSS BE PROSECUTED AS THE LAW
AND CONSTITUTION DEMANDS.
