thought I would try to get some results
from the new Chief, Chief Steve Adams.
Chief Adams replied to my e mail, but his
answer was disturbing. Either this guy is
really stupid or he insulted, and mocked
me, like all the other Upland Police
Officers. The new Chief of Police has a
legal obligation, just like the previous
one, to investigate Police Misconduct
and Corruption. If he does not
investigate; then he is a part of it, and is
guilty of a crime.
