Upland Contractor, is trying to strip me of my
constitutional rights. This is the same man who committed
a hit and run crime against me. According to this law; and
the fact that Ross complied with none of the stipulations:

Dale Ross, wants a judge to edit and tell me what I can and
cannot write on the Internet. I am amazed that this
individual has never heard of "freedom of speech." Hey, do

I cannot possess or buy a firearm. Doesn't the Constitution
state that we have the right to "keep and bear arms". I guess
that the Constitution of the United States of America does
not exist in Upland, California.

THE VEHICLES THAT DALE ROSS'S WIFE OWNS.
ROSS, AN UPLAND CONTRACTOR, MENTIONED
AN INCIDENT ON MAY 9, 2003 WHEN I GAVE HIM A
COPY OF ORDINANCE 1646. THIS INCIDENT WAS
MONTHS BEFORE THE RESTRAINING ORDER WAS
FILED. ROSS CLAIMED THAT HE WAS
"TRAUMATIZED" BY THE INCIDENT, YET HE
NEVER CALLED THE POLICE. IF ROSS WAS SO
"EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED"; THEN ROSS
SHOULD PRODUCE PROOF THAT HE HAD TO SEEK
COUNSELING OR MEDICAL TREATMENT. ROSS
HAS NOT DONE THIS. ROSS HAS NO CONSCIOUS.
THE FACT THAT ROSS DAMAGED MY PROPERTY,
COMMITTED A CRIME AGAINST ME. CLICK HERE
