going to paint the house anyway. Why did the City harass us? The
City has different standards for our property, as compared to the rest
of the city. This is discrimination and harassment. Almost one year
ago, I reported graffiti on my neighbors wall(it is still there). Like the
rotting wood pictured on this site, the Upland Police Officer told me
over the phone "I did not see any graffiti". I have a picture of it. It
will be posted soon. Below: The living room and the back yard. Now,
after all this work and money spent, we are being forced to move from
our home. It will be physically and mentally stressful for myself and
my 74-year-old disabled mother. We expect further retribution, from
the City of Upland and their Police Force, for speaking out. Things
have happened already, but I cannot document it. Life is hard enough
without living under circumstances like this. After all, Look at all the
things they have gotten away with so far. Upland is a terrible place to
live.
Department stated: "As the victim of this crime, I would like Ross
charged in a court of law." And that is the whole point here. Every
time, since the first time I found out that my neighbor, a
sixty-six-year-old man who has never shown any remorse, was guilty of
the hit-and-run crime, I wanted him prosecuted. I told every Upland
Police Offier that I had contact with, from the first day, to today, " I
want Dale Ross tried in a court of law. " As the law demands, prosecute
Dale Ross. I have: asked nicely, demanded verbally, requested to
make a citizens arrest, and asked to talk to a supervisors. I was always
ignored. Even when I sent a certified letter, the Upland Police
Department ignored me. This is a violation of my Constitutional Rights.
The involved officers of the Upland Police Department are negligent in
the performance of their duty and guilty of Police Misconduct. The
certified letter, that they admit they received, has been repeatedly
ignored by all of the Upland Police Officers that have read it. This
means that all the officers involved are also guilty of conspiracy.
