corrupt. Two years after I was unjustifiably charged with a felony; The district
attorneys office added serious and absurd charges against me. I was never
confronted with these charges. My arraignment was waived. The way I found out
about these slanderous charges was when I was doing research on the Internet.
The case against me is nothing more than psychological and financial warfare. If I
am a dangerous felon why have I not committed any crimes in the last three years
that I have been waiting to go to court. I contacted the San Bernardino District
Attorney's Office on May 12, 2005 at 3:23 p.m. I called because I read that the
D.A.'s office was investigating the Upland Police Department for misconduct and
corruption. I sent the D.A.'s office multiple E mails' at: da@da.sbcounty.gov. I
received no reply in any form. If the D.A. Is investigating Upland P.D.; Then they
should definitely know what happened to me. Unless of course, the D.A. Is corrupt
also. Someone named "Lisa" answered the phone. Lisa was rude and
condescending. Lisa told me that they do not read the E mails. THEN WHY POST
AN E MAIL ADDRESS? (that makes a lot of sense.) Lisa seemed uninterested in
what I had to say. She told me to call "Richard Maxwell" at 909 387 8309. Mr.
Maxwell had the same attitude. He did not ask my name, nor did he care to hear
about anything I had to say. The District Attorney's Office is corrupt and they are
investigating the Upland Police Department. WELCOME TO THE COUNTY OF
