Or was it farmers?   Dale Ross would not let me know.  So I wrote to both companies.   Dale Ross never identified himself as the law required.   He just called his insurance co.  When I asked him for the information again.  He would not even reply.  Please look up the word "NEGLIGENCE"  you may see an example on every page of this web site.
