| Chief Thouvenell(CLICK HERE), and other higher-ups, like watch-commander Grey have ignored my multiple complaints of Police Misconduct(click here). Above (left) the chief; and to the right, Sargent Mendenhall(CLICK HERE): Mendenhall refused to prosecute Ross; Mendenhall refused to enforce Ordinance 1646, and all the other code violations on my neighbors properties; But, the Upland Code enforcement went over my house with a fine tooth comb. Mendhehall unjustifiably charged me with a felony. I believe that Sargent Mendenhall was directly involved in having the 8 mm tape edited to make me look guilty. Sargent Mendenhall and Chief Thouvenell were recently sued for Police Misconduct by a woman who was arrested for "road rage". It is on the Internet. Look for your self. The Upland Police recently hired an officer from Garden Grove P.D. Who was fired for Police Misconduct. He will fit in just fine. Yes, it is legal to do this. Remember Mark Ferman ( O. J. | Later that day on October 20, 2003 it was discovered that Horn had an Orbital Blow out. This is a fractured skull and damaged eye. As the report states. There were no injuries on my forearms or fists. There is no way that I could have struck Horn as both he and Ross stated, and not sustained damage to my arm. They are lying. I did not hit Horn in his face. He grabbed my arm with both of his hands and screamed " get out of my way ". I swung my arm in "self defense" as I told Officer Steenerson. I swung my arm to get Horn off of me, after he committed a battery on me. click here now! Horn fell to the ground and that is how he was injured. If the tape was not altered, and the footage deleted, then all this would easily be proved. If Officer Steenerson had a conscious and was an honest man, then Horn would have been charged with battery, not me. | Above: Horn stated to Officer Steenerson that I struck him across his face with my forearm and elbow. He also stated that He was walking backwards, and did not see me. This makes no sense. | Ross stated that Horn was supposed to be watching the rear of the RV so Ross would not hit my wall. There was no reason for Horn to walk backwards. And, If Ross saw me, why did Ross not warn Horn. Why did Ross not stop the Vehicle which was moving at a snails pace? Because Ross is a liar. Because Horn is a liar. Ross has sharp eyes? Why could Ross not see a six foot tall metal gate, but, his 67-year-old eyes saw my forearm crush Horn's glasses into Horn's face(click here). |
| Here we go again. According to Ross, he could see "Horn's glasses being pushed into his face..." This I allegedly did with my forearm. I cracked Horn's skull, bashed his glasses into his head and cracked his skull without even making a scratch on my arm. This I did with my left arm while I was holding a camera in my right hand filming? IMPOSSIBLE. Boy, I should be teaching Bruce Lee. This is according to Officer Steenerson's report and observations. I voluntarily showed Steenerson my arms and the video tape. And he screwed me with the help of his fellow Upland Police Officers. Steenerson, had me locked up during the worst firestorm in the history of Upland. He knew that my mother was alone(click here). Did this kind, compassionate, honest man make any effort to check on my severely disabled -75 - year old bed-ridden mother, recovering from a massive stroke. NO. Officer Steenerson is immoral and dishonest. He should be in prison. click here now! Steenerson along with many other Upland Police Officers should be stripped of their badges and put in prison for life. Steenerson is a liar just like Ross and Horn.
