Why rent a spot in a trailer park, when you can own a home in Upland, California?

All these Recreational Vehicles are parked off the alley on the block where I live.  According to Upland Municipal Code:  Ordinance No. 1646, All these Recreational Vehicles are parked Illegally.  Read it for yourself.
