Now Officer Bolduc has established a pattern and practice of discrimination, harrassment, and violation of constitutional rights.  On my gate was written   "freedom of speech".   Do you think anyone in Upland could get a clue.  Next to "freedom of speech" I wrote "http://boycott-upland-ca.com"  This is not a sign.  It is me expressing my god given right as an American citizen.  Expressing my right to "freedom of speech".   The Constitution of the United States guarantees me this.  It is above all laws.  But this means nothing to several Upland Police Officers.  This is a crime.   And, not in just a . . . "oh, what a shame, sort of way." . . .  It is litterally a Federal Crime to deny any person of any right protected by the Constitution of the United States.  I am offering a free video of my home when I bought it, the improvements made, my neighbors properties, and rundown city property worse than any home in Upland.  Yes, Its FREE.   Just send a self addressed box or padded envelope with enough postage to ship a VHS video,  and I will send you a video FREE.  Write to the P.O.
