(above) These are properties on my block in worse condition than
mine. It is obvious that these properties have been in this condition for
years.
(above)  When I pointed this rotting/exposed wood out to an
Upland Police officer, He said:   " I don't see anything."
This is my neighbors property.  He has no violations on his
property.
(above) There are at least SEVEN
RV's on my block that are in
violation of Upland Municipal
Code, Ordinance No. 1646.  This
property has no 10 ft wide access
from the alley to the street.
There is normally a 5th wheel RV
parked here that is about 50 ft in
length, in traveling mode
(center).   This property has
exposed/unpainted wood.  The
shed is closer than 36" to my
property.  I sent a certified letter,
but I was ignored by the Police.
(above-right) This property has
been in this state of
construction since before
December, 2002.
(left and above) This property
on my block has flaking paint
on its building.  It also has two
large RV's parked on its lawn.
There is also over-grown
shrubs around it.   There is no
access from the alley to the
front street.

waisted more than $70,000 to improve property we were forced out of.
