| (above) There are at least SEVEN RV's on my block that are in violation of Upland Municipal Code, Ordinance No. 1646. This property has no 10 ft wide access from the alley to the street. There is normally a 5th wheel RV parked here that is about 50 ft in length, in traveling mode (center). This property has exposed/unpainted wood. The shed is closer than 36" to my property. I sent a certified letter, but I was ignored by the Police. |
