Here is a picture of The City of   Upland's "employee of the year".   Rob Steenerson.  Below is the list of evidence that Steenerson is using to try to put me in prison.  The date of the evidence, and the charge is FIVE days before I was arrested.  They needed five days to alter the video tape.  The photographs listed were never used as evidence.  They were not used because they contradict the police report that Steenerson wrote.   Steenerson was named Upland P.D.'s employee of the month last year before I was scheduled to go to trial also.  Do you see a pattern.

Steenerson wrote in the police report: " Horn's right eye was swollen closed and was bruised.  His left eye was also swollen."  It is posted on this web site.  The Alleged victim, Richard Horn, has bags under his eyes, the size of steamer trunks.   I have seen the photographs taken by Steenerson.  Even in the photograph used as evidence against me;  allegedly taken later that day, BOTH Richard Horn's eye's were wide open.  All the medical reports, from the Hospitals and ER,  indicate that Horn was able to open both his eyes.  Steenerson is a LIAR.  It is a crime to file a false police report.  Thus, Rob Steenerson is a criminal.

More about the other false police report filed by Steenerson will be posted soon.  It has been almost two and one half years.  I just cant wait to expose this "dirty cop".  IT TOOK ME ABOUT FIVE MINUTES TO MANIPULATE THE PHOTO OF STEENERSON ON PHOTO SUITE.  AND, I HAVE NEVER USED THIS OPTION BEFORE.  IMAGINE WHAT A PROFESSIONAL COULD DO?
