Basich.   In March of 1999, Zoran Basich, an attorney and former Assistant District Attorney,  came to our house, knocked my mother to the ground, threatened to kill me, and, knelled before the "for sale sign" in front of our home. .... And  "said I will own this house before you sell it."  I told all this to the Glendale Police officers, but they did nothing.  These links are scanned images from official transcripts of a trial in which Zoran Basich made a "citizens arrest".  I was found "not guilty".  Before the jury read the verdict, they asked the question: " how could something like this go to trial?".

Page 65:  Susan Gilbert, the attorney that was representing Basich in the one million dollar lawsuit against me had the same address that Basich gave to the Police, 1955 Glenoaks Blvd.  Basich said that she rents from him. Susan A. Gilbert was admitted to the state bar in June of 1992, that is about when Basich states he became disabled.  Gilbert appears on the video Medical Planning Assets Protection and Long Term Care Limited. Page 66:  Basich States that:  Medical Planning Assets Protection and Long Term Care Limited, located at 1955 Glenoaks Blvd. Is a Tenant of his.  This is the same address that Basich had when he was practicing law.  CLICK HERE NOW.

Page 72:  Basich testified that on the day of the incident;  he was not aware that my family even existed.  This is not true.  An employee, friend, and neighbor of Zoran Basich, Sue Sarkis -  a private investigator, gave my mother a video tape of Basich selling his services.  Sue Sarkis told my mother that Zoran Basich could help my family with the costs related to my fathers recent stroke.   Susan Sarkis also complained to my mother that "Zoran" always wanted to get a break on the cost of her services.  Sue Sarkis stated that Zoran Basich requested that she give my mother this video tape. Page 73:  Basich testified that his disability is based upon stress.   He testified that he is receiving monthly funds and that "the policy is based upon the practice of law." But why is there so much advertising for his business on the Internet? CLICK HERE NOW.
